For independent living, residents can otherwise live on their own and join our community so activities like housekeeping and laundry are handled by our team. In assisted living, residents need assistance with certain activities of daily living (ADLs). These can include bathing, dressing, eating or taking medications. Residents in assisted living receive personalized care to ensure those needs are met.

    Caregivers go through a thorough interview process that includes multiple background and certification checks. Once our hiring team has determined that caregivers would be a great addition to our team, they are hired. Once they join our team, they then go through WellQuest-specific training to learn about our expectations of care and community standards.
